- Lisa K★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Had appt at 415pm. I was trying to check in but was completely ignored by staff as they continued having a conversation while I stood waiting, even to simply be told " hello ". I was told my oil change was $60ish plus $22 for tire rotation. I had gotten an email today about special offers for $50 for both oil change and tire rotation. It's quite frustrating to know, as a loyal customer, I was not given the offer without asking. Then to top it off, I had to wait a FULL hour for my car to be ready. Ridiculous. I will say receptionist was very friendly and nice (in waiting room).
