Tim Hortons is an amazing restaurant and second only to Panera in-service for quasi fast food. However, the one on the corner of Fairport Road and Lincoln has consistently disappointed. Most often getting things wrong through the drive-thru, not being able to fulfill orders when you walk in and staff that seems to be well under trained. I would not have written this review if I didn't speak to the management there no less than three times to let them know the issues in the opportunity to try to improve. Should consider driving down the road to the Dunkin Donuts or there's another Tim Hortons on Commercial Street or in Bushnell's Basin
